Cast Away 2.7 released

This updated fixes the problem that Cast Away would forget the archive folder location if it could not be found. Now it remembers it but skips podcasts that should be archived. Cast Away now also logs (optionally) all archived podcasts in a tab-separated values (TSV) file that can be imported into iTunes as a playlist or into a database like WBC's iGotta MP3 Collection.
